How to make the finest sugar cookies with a heart
-
- Because your keto sugar cookie dough will be more crumbly than normal dough, make sure it’s completely chilled before using. Sprinkle coconut flour on the rolling pin and dough bag’s surfaces as well. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper before removing the cookies from the oven for even more non-stick cooking.
- Keep in mind that cookie dough is delicate, so let the cookies rest fully on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool. This is a crucial step in preventing the cookies from crumbling.
- Microwave the white chocolate chips for 15 seconds at a time until completely melted and smooth. I ruined the bag by putting it in the microwave for too long, so don’t do the same mistake I did.
- I used the back of a spoon to distribute the pastel glaze evenly. To apply the red letters, you’ll need a piping bag with a fine tip.

Making cookies entails:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and Swerve granules with an electric mixer until smooth. Mix on high speed until frothy, then add the egg and extracts.
2
In a dish, combine the remaining dry ingredients and whisk over medium heat.
3
Wrap the cookie dough in plastic wrap and roll it into a big ball. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
4
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees after the dough has cooled. Roll out the dough on a surface dusted with coconut flour. You may roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper if you don’t have a smooth surface. The dough should be about a quarter-inch thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the dough and put it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5
Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until light golden around the edges. Remove the baking pan from the oven and set it aside. Remove the cookies from the baking pan only when they have fully cooled. It takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to do this task.

To make the glaze:
In a microwave-safe dish, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval, until chips are smooth. Add a few drops of food coloring to the melted white chocolate in three small dishes. Stir everything together with a spoon until it’s all incorporated.
7
Place a dollop of white chocolate frosting on top of each biscuit. Spread the edges using the back of a spoon.

In a medium mixing basin, whip the butter, keto sugar replacement, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Whisk add a few drops of red food coloring until the desired color is achieved, then stir again to thoroughly combine.

What a hoot! What a fantastic recipe; I really like how they came out! You’d never guess they’re keto since they taste so much like a sugar cookie! I love how it combines almond and coconut flour, as well as almond and vanilla essence! It features the typical sugar cookie flavor and texture.
Melt the ChocZero chips until light and smooth for the glaze. It was a lot of fun for the kids and I to decorate cookies with it. I couldn’t locate a tiny piping bag, so I made one out of a sandwich bag with a slanted tip, which worked well!
