  • 8 ounces (227 g) sliced mushrooms (add more if desired!)
  • 2 tblsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (3 garlic cloves), minced
  • 1 (1 ) chopped tiny onion
  • beef broth, 1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (120 mL)
  • Worcestershire sauce, 2 tblsp (30 ml)
  • 5 mL dry herbs (1 teaspoon) (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (5 ml) or more to taste
  • a generous amount of freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Preheat a large skillet over high heat. Combine the oil, garlic, and onions in a mixing bowl. Cook until the liquid has become transparent. Toss in the meat and mushrooms. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until the meat and mushrooms are browned.

  • Combine beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, dried herbs, sea salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Cook for 5 minutes, or until everything is well mixed and cooked.
