  • Because this keto stroganoff does not thicken as much as a traditional stroganoff, use just 1/2 cup beef broth.

This stroganoff is a delicious, creamy dinner that can be made in just 30 minutes!

  • 1 pound beef mince
  • 3 tablespoons butter (Ker) Butter, ker
  • 8 oz. mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 o o o o o o o o o o o o
  • 1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
  • 1 centimeter Rinderbrühe
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 gallon beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • a half teaspoon of salt
  • a half teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • a third of a cup of cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. soured cream

Bring 2 tablespoons butter and the chopped garlic to a boil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook until the minced meat is completely cooked. Drain the water and put it aside.

Fry 1 tablespoon of oil, the mushrooms, chopped onion, and beef bouillon cubes in the same pan. Cook until the mushrooms are soft, about 15 minutes. It takes approximately 5 minutes to do this task.

Turn the heat to low and whisk in the Worcestershire, apple cider vinegar, and beef broth after the mushrooms and onions have browned. Cook for 5 minutes after adding the prepared minced beef.

Cook for another 10 minutes after adding the cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings.

Serve with cauliflower rice or mashed cauliflower. Have a blast!
