Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (185 degrees Celsius).

Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing basin and stir well. Make 24 balls out of the meat mixture.

Place meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet, 12” (3-5 cm) apart.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until meatballs are fully cooked and browned.
Pork may be used instead of beef.
If you don’t like pork, this dish may be prepared without the pig rinds by using all ground beef or a mix of ground beef and lamb, chicken, or turkey.
Put some color in there.
If preferred, garnish with quartered radishes and parsley.
