Try this thick and delicious “mushroom supremo” pizza as an alternative to traditional tomato sauce-based pizzas. On a crispy zucchini crust, softly sautéed mushrooms in a cream-based garlic sauce with kale, parsley, and mozzarella.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Using parchment paper, line a 15 x 10″ (38 x 25 cm) baking sheet or comparable sized pan.
In a medium-sized mixing basin, combine the pizza dough ingredients. Mix everything together, then knead it until it forms a solid dough.
Place the dough in the parchment paper’s middle. Place another parchment sheet on top of the dough and flatten it with your hands or a rolling pin, creating a rectangle crust. Remove any thicker edges with a knife and redistribute the dough to any places where it is scant.
Set aside to cool after pre-baking for approximately 15 minutes or until slightly brown. Prepare the Funghi topping while the crust is baking.
