White chocolate macadamia nut biscuits ingredients
-Flour: For the gluten-free foundation of our cookie dough, we’ll need 2 1/2 cups.
-Baking soda: We can make these cookies puff up beautifully during baking by adding 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
-Salt: Salt is a flavor enhancer, and adding 1 teaspoon to the dough will improve all of the other flavors.
-Butter: To ensure that the cookies are lovely and rich in flavor, we’ll need 1 cup (2 sticks) softened butter.
-Sugars: We may make sweet and moist cookies with a wonderful chewy texture by combining 3/4 cup sugar (white) and 3/4 cup packed brown sugar.
-Vanilla: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract extract will give the cookies a wonderful taste.
-Eggs: We’ll need two eggs to help bind the cookies and give them a nice texture.
-Macadamia nuts: We’ll use 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts in the cookie batter, but we’ll need more for the topping.
-White chocolate chips: We’ll use 2 cups of white chocolate chips in the dough, but more for the topping will give it a melted chocolate appearance.

Mrs.Fields White Chocolate Chip Cookies are PERFECT if you follow these tips:
To create the ideal cookies, I prefer to utilize three unique ingredients. These things not only ensure that the cookies are flawless every time, but they also make my work (as the baker) simpler.
1- I use parchment paper that has been pre-cut. This paper is already proportioned, so all I have to do is take a sheet and place it in my 12×16 cookie sheet. Using parchment paper protects the bottom of the cookies from overcooking and keeps the pan clean.
2- I make use of my KitchenAid stand mixer. I don’t have to strain my wrist muscles by using a whisk or an electric hand mixer since this handles all of the mixing for me. It’s quick and simple, and my dough is evenly mixed due to the stand mixer.
3- I make cookies using a cookie scoop. Thanks to a cookie scoop, my cookies appear more better and are more evenly sized. I strongly suggest these since they come in a variety of sizes and can be used for a variety of tasks, like scooping cupcake batter.
