In a microwave-safe bowl, combine almond flour and mozzarella cheese. Microwave for one minute after adding the cream cheese. Microwave for another 30 seconds after stirring. Mix in the egg, salt, and Italian seasoning until well mixed. Make a ball out of the dough and put it between two pieces of baking paper.

Roll out the prepared dough into a long rectangle approximately 30 cm long on a baking sheet coated with baking paper. Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until gently browned. Set aside the lasagna noodles, which have been cut into large lengths.
