The ingredients are simple. All the effort is in the presentation.

What if I told you that this delectable keto lasagna dish tasted just like traditional lasagna? Isn’t it extraordinary? This is the casserole to prepare if you want to produce a dish that will satisfy both keto and non-keto eaters.

The end product is a substantial lasagna with an acidic tomato and meat sauce, plenty of cheese, and soft pasta that has a genuine taste and texture.

We’ll create a keto-friendly lasagna using Fat Head pasta strips instead of normal high-carb spaghetti in this recipe. To create lasagna, just prepare a batch of our famous mozzarella and almond flour dough. It’s a great concept, believe me!

Keto lasagna made with a hearty marinara sauce and thick head pasta topped with melting cheese.

For the ball test, use the following formula:

  • a quarter cup Mandelmehl
  • 1 and 3/4 shredded mozzarella cheese bags
  • a couple of teaspoons of cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • a generous teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon herbs from Italy

To make lasagna, use the following ingredients.

  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 pound beef mince
  • 1 pound Italian sausage, ground
  • Rao cucumbers, 24 oz. box
  • Ricotta cheese, 8 oz.
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tblsp basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 cups grated cheese (Italian) (or 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup parmesan, combined)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F for the ball test.


In a microwave-safe bowl, combine almond flour and mozzarella cheese. Microwave for one minute after adding the cream cheese. Microwave for another 30 seconds after stirring. Mix in the egg, salt, and Italian seasoning until well mixed. Make a ball out of the dough and put it between two pieces of baking paper.


Roll out the prepared dough into a long rectangle approximately 30 cm long on a baking sheet coated with baking paper. Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until gently browned. Set aside the lasagna noodles, which have been cut into large lengths.


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F for the lasagna.


In a large pan, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic in a little quantity of vegetable oil until tender.


Combine the minced meat and sausage in a mixing bowl. In a skillet, crumble the meat and cook it. Allow any remaining grease or liquid to drain before moving on to the next step. Pour a jar of marinara sauce into the pot.


Whisk together the ricotta, egg, and fresh basil in a separate small bowl.


In a 9×13 casserole dish, layer a layer of sauce on the bottom, followed by a layer of ricotta mixture, grated cheese, and pasta.


Rep the procedure, finishing with a sauce layer and shredded cheese.


At 375 degrees, bake covered for 25 minutes. Allow to simmer for another 10 minutes without a cover. (Tip: spray the foil with non-stick spray before baking to prevent it from adhering to the cheese.)


If desired, top with more chopped basil. Enjoy the oven dish by cutting it into 8 pieces.
