Tips for creating a keto burger with bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Extra filling may be added to the recipe. The leftover toppings may be used to create additional burgers or as burger toppers.
- Bacon ends and bits are ideal for crumbling into bacon crumbs. They are typically considerably less expensive than normal bacon. I paid less than $5 for a bundle of three books!
- If you don’t press the edges of the cutlets well enough while filling the burgers, the stuffing will escape during baking.
- Note that the burgers shown are medium fried (like we prefer them at home!) , however if you like your burgers medium-fried or fully done, increase the cooking time.
- If you don’t have a grill, cook the burgers in a pan over medium heat for five to six minutes on each side.

To create filled hamburger patties, follow these steps:
Cook the bacon strips and pieces in a large pan over medium-high heat until crisp. Place the bacon on kitchen paper to drain the extra fat at the conclusion of the cooking period. Allow 10 minutes for the bacon to cool to room temperature.
2
Prepare the filling while the bacon is frying. Combine shredded cheddar cheese, one bag of ranch dressing, and 1/4 cup ranch dressing in a medium mixing basin. When the bacon has cooled, add it. To mix, stir everything together well.
3
To cook the filled burgers, turn the grill to high.
4
Make six 1.5 cm thick slices out of the ground meat. To make a shell, press the center of the three bottom dough balls 2 cm thick. It’s for the stuffing with cheddar bacon and ranch dressing.
5
Fill the bowl of each basic patty with 1/4 cup of the cheddar bacon ranch filling. You’ll have stuffing on your hands. You may put it into burgers, use it as a burger topper, or store it for later.
6
Place the top tortillas on top of the filling-filled bottom tortillas. To seal the filling, press the edges of the top and bottom tortillas together.
7
Season the filled burgers on both sides with salt and pepper.
8
On the grill, make filled hamburgers:
When you’re ready to grill, cook the burgers for approximately 5 minutes on each side to get medium doneness. Depending on the level of doneness required, reduce or prolong the cooking time.
9
Place pieces of sharp cheddar cheese on top of the burgers when they’re nearly done. You may also roast the hamburger buns on the grill at this stage. Continue to cook the patties for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Place the burgers on a clean surface after they’ve finished cooking.
10
Make the burgers using your preferred seasonings. We suggest putting ranch dressing on both sides of the bread and mustard, sugar-free ketchup, a slice of red onion, and a slice of tomato on the bottom bun. On top of the tomato, put the burger and toppings, then the top bun.
