- This keto salad is a fantastic dinner option. Prepare all of the ingredients ahead of time and keep in the fridge for a quick lunch or supper.
- To keep it basic, we’ve used the most popular wedge salad components, but try adding hard-boiled eggs and/or sliced avocado. These are two delectable ways to boost your protein and fat intake. It’s up to you to decide on the garnish!

A thick layer of iceberg lettuce topped with veggies, cheese, bacon, and a creamy dressing helps to keep the carbohydrates down.

Cut the iceberg lettuce head into four equal pieces and put one in a dish or platter.

Dress the salad with the vinaigrette. Because I prefer a lot of dressing, I use approximately 3 tablespoons per quart, but you may use as much or as little as you like.

Bacon, red onions, blue cheese, and tomatoes go on top of the salad.

Meal preparation idea: Chop all of the ingredients and arrange the salads without dressing in airtight storage containers for lunch or supper the following day!
