- 2 tablespoons oil, heated in a nonstick frying pan
- Then add the garlic and stir cook till it becomes brown.
- Cook until the ground pork is nearly done, then push to the side.

- Add the bitter melon to the fry pan and toss to combine, then add the water and simmer for a few minutes, until the melon is mushy.
