I’ve been trying to discover ways to enjoy healthier versions of my favorite comfort foods after losing weight on the HCG Diet. I had given up hope of ever being able to eat pasta again as a pasta lover and HCG dieter. So when I first came across pure fiber shirataki noodles, it opened up a whole new world for me. I began playing with the noodles, using them in a variety of recipes such as Spaghetti Bolognese, Pad Thai, and, of course, the Shirataki Noodle Stir Fry recipe that follows. The pure fiber shirataki noodles contain zero carbohydrates and calories, for those of you who haven’t tried them previously. 

Please keep in mind that I only suggest high-fiber types like Miracle Noodles, not tofu shirataki noodles.  

Shirataki noodles are popular among HCG Phase 3 dieters, and many have also found success eating them on the low-calorie HCG Phase 2. On Phase 2, one of my favorite ways to eat shirataki noodles is to combine them with my renowned HCG Diet Chili dish. So delectable! Fiber also helps you feel full and satisfied for longer, which may help you lose weight if you’re monitoring your carbohydrates and on a diet like us.


This Shirataki Noodle Stir Fry for Phase 3 is a wonderful delight, full of colorful and nutritious fresh vegetables as well as healthy protein. I prefer to serve it with a slice of lime and Oelek Sambal, a red chili spicy sauce, or a sugar-free Sriracha sauce. While it’s great with chicken, you can use any other protein you want, such as beef, shrimp, or pig.
