Since a few hundred years, we’ve been sending postcards from all over the world, but they’ve never been as colorful or as interesting as these. They’re taken by photographer Wouter van den Bosch, and edited by Wouter van den Bosch. He uses a Canon 1D X Mark II and a Rokinon 8mm fisheye lens, and edits them with Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.

If you are a photographic enthusiast, you will probably find something in this list interesting. I put together this list of photos that make me feel inspired to be a better person and a better photographer.

It’s a mix of physiology and psychology. Part of it is psychology. Part of it is based on science. Parts of it are works of art.

Regarding the Postcards From The Future activity.

We often ask customers to see themselves in the future. How their new bodies will seem. What it will be like for them. What they will be able to accomplish.

We, on the other hand, go a step farther. We urge them to write ‘Destination Postcards,’ which are personal letters from their future selves to their present selves, with the goal of inspiring, motivating, and encouraging them.

It’s similar to:

“Hey, John, it’s a beautiful day here. You won’t believe it, but Dr. Smith handed us a clean bill of health for the first time in years. Plus, we recently completed a 5K. “Can you believe it?!?”

Then, at the conclusion of the program, we urge customers to put it into practice. To share pictures and tales of what they’ve been able to do while working with us.

The quality of the entries is always outstanding. And I’m going to share a few with you today.

These customers began their journey as fat, overweight, wounded, weighed down, insecure, incompetent, or imprisoned by all of the above.

They’re now climbing mountains, riding on top of the globe, and leaping over fences that used to stop them. Most importantly, they’re full of optimism and eagerly anticipate the exciting, busy years ahead of them.
