Instructions

  1. In a microwave oven or a double boiler, melt chocolate and butter or coconut oil. You may use a glass bowl on top of a pot of boiling water if you don’t have a double boiler. Make certain that no water reaches the basin. The chocolate will melt due to the steam’s heat. Before moving on to the next step, let the melted chocolate cool for a few minutes.

  2. Blend in the other ingredients, except the nuts, until well combined.

  3. Fill a small greased baking dish lined with parchment paper, no larger than 4 x 6″, with the batter (10 x 15 cm).

  4. Add finely chopped peanuts on top. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  5. Cut the batter into tiny squares with a sharp knife after it has set. Keep this, and any other snacks, tiny – no larger than a 1×1 inch square. Refrigerate or freeze the leftovers.
