Single-serve Instant Oatmeal is a breakfast staple in my house. I love the convenience of it and how easy it is to add everything I need for a quick, healthy meal. I also love that you can make a single serving and keep it in the fridge so I can grab it on-the-go or save it for another meal. But when it comes to single serve oatmeal, I have the most trouble with the texture. The consistency is always too mushy for me. My solution? Make it in my slow cooker so it has the perfect consistency and texture.
