Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius). Line a 13 x 18″ (33 x 46 cm) half-sheet pan with parchment paper.

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and place them in two big dishes.

Toss the egg whites with the salt and beat them with an electric mixer until extremely stiff. You should be able to flip the bowl over without disturbing the egg whites.

Using an electric mixer, combine the egg yolks and cream cheese, then whisk in the psyllium husk and baking powder until well mixed.

Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture, trying to keep the egg whites as airy as possible.

Place 2 equal mounds of batter on the parchment-lined baking sheet for each serving. With a spatula, spread the batter into 12″ (1 cm) thick circles.

Bake for 25 minutes on the center rack, or until brown. Set the bread aside to cool on the tray.
