There are so many keto snacks on the market, that its sometimes hard to know what works and what doesn’t! Many keto food bars are low in fat, low calories, low in carbs, and high in protein, but have a tiny bit of sugar. But, are they really keto friendly?
Lately, I’ve been experimenting with a ketogenic diet plan, which is a low carb and high fat diet designed to put your body into ketosis, a metabolic state where it burns fat instead of sugar. While I’ve been on the diet, I’ve been making keto granola bars, which were the best low carb snacks I’ve ever had. Even if you’re not on a low carb diet, these granola bars taste great and are a great snack for the whole family.
A lot of people have been saying the keto diet isn’t sustainable for long term and so you should just get into a high protein diet like this one to lose weight. Well, we disagree.. Read more about keto granola bars recipe and let us know what you think.
These delectable keto granola bars are the ideal snack!
KIND bars are wonderful, but they’re not as low-carb as you would assume – all of them include added sugar. So I decided to create my own version, which tastes just like the genuine thing but has much less carbohydrates.
So, I completed the task!
These imitation KIND Keto bars are not only simple to create, but they also taste better than the genuine thing. The sweet maple taste of homemade caramel syrup pairs well with the golden brown crunch of mixed nuts and toasted coconut. Excellent.
While the bar is delicious on its own, you can simply amp up the taste by pouring in melted white chocolate that hasn’t been sweetened.
I’ve included the kinds of nuts I used for my chocolate bar in the ingredients list below. You may substitute your preferred nuts in their place.

Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 25 minutes. Before slicing, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool fully.

I have had the same problem you guys have had. The only thing that I have been able to find that is cheap, healthy, and of course delicious, is the KIND bars. These bars can be found at Target, Walmart, or Amazon. There are many different flavors of these bars, from strawberry cheesecake to zucchini fudge. The best part about the KIND bars is that there are no carbs or sugar in any of them. And each bar contains only 80 calories! That is a huge difference from the Kind bars, which have a whopping 300 calories per bar, and about 10 grams of sugar.. Read more about diabetic breakfast bars recipe and let us know what you think.
