- 1 teaspoon of black pepper

- Frank’s Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce, 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup ghee or butter (for dairy-free, use coconut oil)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Using a paper towel, pat the wings dry. Season thoroughly with salt, pepper, and baking powder.
- Prepare your oven racks by placing one on the top level and the other on the bottom shelf.
- Place the wire rack on top of the baking tray and coat it gently with cooking spray.
- Place it on the lowest shelf and bake for 25 minutes with the coated chicken wings on top.
- Remove the tray from the oven and put it on the top rack. Flip the wings, increase the temperature to 425 degrees F, and bake for another 35-40 minutes, or until crisp.
- Meanwhile, let’s get started with the sauce. Combine the melted butter and buffalo wing sauce in a large mixing basin and stir well.
- Toss the crispy chicken wings with the sauce in a large mixing basin.
