The possibilities for a keto diet are endless — those who have tried it swear by it. So, how does a keto person shop in our grocery store? It’s simple. Pick the lowest amount of carbohydrates allowed for your diet, stick to the lowest carb, low carb, keto friendly foods, and you’ll be good to go.
It’s your first day at work, you’re meeting the other employees, and you’re sitting at a table along with some of them. Instructions
- Put the cheese in a small bowl and break it up with a fork into coarse chunks.
- Mix in the yogurt, mayonnaise, and heavy whipping cream until thoroughly combined.
- Allow for flavor development by setting aside for a few minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix in the parsley until everything is well combined.

In the refrigerator, this dressing will last 3-4 days.
