The salad is comprised of romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan cheese, caesar dressing, and crushed anchovies. You can also substitute another dressing if you want to.

This classic salad is a carb-free keto side dish that is easy on the pocketbook and on the stomach. The traditional Caesar Salad is a classic side dish, but doesn’t have any carbs, but is full of fat, and calories. I do not like fat in the salad for the simple fact that I am not a fat person, but I love fat in cooking, so I do not want fat in my salad. When I cook, I do not want fat in my salad, so I make a Caesar Salad (keto, low carb, low calories).

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

Using a whisk or an immersion blender, combine the dressing ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.
