Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

  2. In a small baking dish, arrange the cooked ground beef mixture and pour in the smashed tomatoes. Then, using a spoon, create two holes and break the eggs into them.

  3. On top, streusel with shredded cheese.

  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are fully cooked.

  5. Allow it cool for a few minutes. The eggs and ground beef get very hot!

In this recipe, I have combined 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of butter to create a creamy sauce and then added 1/2 an ounce of beef mince to the mix. I have then cooked sliced mushrooms into the meat using 1 teaspoon of coconut flour and cooked the mixture in the oven for approximately 10 minutes. I have then topped my eggs with a mixture of Dijon mustard, almond flour and Parmesan cheese and baked the eggs in the oven until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is melted..
