A crispy crust and an odd non-fruit filling combine to create a tasty keto-friendly dessert that will have your family and friends guessing as to what the hidden ingredient is!
Diet-friendly puff pastry:
- a quarter cup Mandelmehl
- coconut flour (six tablespoons)
- xanthan gum, 1 teaspoon
- 1 Esslöffel Swerve-Granulat Esslöffel Swerve-Granulat Esslöffel Swerve-
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 5 tbsp. chilled butter (cut into cubes)
- 2 teaspoons browned cold chickpeas
- 1 tbsp chilled water
- 1 egg
Fill it up with:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 1 teaspoon of water
- 2 cups jicama, diced (no more than 1/4 teaspoon)

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, Swerve, and cinnamon.
