You can skip the oven and microwave if you utilize the deep fryer.

Here are a few of my airfryer cooking (and general usage) tips:

  1. Preheat the fryer for 2 to 3 minutes before using.
  2. Grease or line the bottom of the pan with baking paper.
  3. Don’t go overboard.
  4. Turn meat or veggies halfway through the cooking period if you’re cooking them.

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, until thoroughly combined. Set aside for 2-3 minutes.
  • To line the bottom of the fryer, cut a sheet of baking paper and fold the chocolate pieces into the batter.
  • Preheat the fryer to 350°F (without the parchment paper) for 2 minutes, then turn it off.
  • Lay the dough on parchment paper and roll it up or place another piece of parchment paper on top and roll it up until it is half an inch thick.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated frying chamber instead of the frying basket.
  • Cook for a total of 5-10 minutes. The cooking duration in the fryer is very flexible, so you may start at 4 minutes and go as long as you like. It will be brown and fully done.
  • Remove the parchment paper from the pan and place it on a platter to serve.
