The keto diet is a high fat, low carb diet where you eat more fat than carbs. Many people choose to get the majority of their calories from fat, which can help reduce hunger and increase fat burning. The keto diet can also improve many aspects of your health. In particular, it can significantly reduce levels of unhealthy (LDL) cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. It can also help reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes.

- 1/2 cup cooked and emulsified sausage
- 1 wrinkled tiny yellow cheese
- 1 small garden, sliced
- 1/2 cup champignons sliced
- 1 grated cheddar cheese bag (8 oz)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Set aside half of the baking sheet (12×18) that has been greased.
Whisk together the 12 eggs, water, salt, and pepper in a large mixing basin.
Spread the egg mixture evenly on the baking sheet using a spatula.
To make your own ideal omelet, combine veggies, meats, grated cheese, and seasonings. On one side of the page, I did the meat, and on the other half, I did the vegetables.
In a preheated oven, bake for 15 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the middle of the baking sheet to check for doneness. It’s excellent if it comes out clean.

This is such a fun and simple breakfast idea, particularly if you have a home full of kids who enjoy their eggs/omelettes cooked in a variety of ways! I used half bacon and sausage and half mozzarella in mine! Then I filled the other half with mushrooms, zucchini, rotella, and summer squash, and topped it with pepper jack cheese. It’s incredible!
