The more individuals I meet in the health and fitness industry, the more I am amazed by the enthusiasm with which most trainers approach their job.
They like food and activity… desire to make a difference in people’s lives… are enthralled by the prospect of making the world a better, brighter, and healthier place.
Unfortunately, they often fail to convert their passion into a viable company that pays the bills and allows them to live their ideal lives.
That was also me 25 years ago.
I grew dissatisfied with 80-hour weeks, too much admin work, and too few clients changed despite being passionate, engaged, and motivated to achieve the greatest outcomes for my clients.
As a result, I began to ask questions.
How could I possibly:
- Can you assist a lot more people?
- do so without compromising outcomes in favor of achieving greater ones?
- spend less time on time-consuming administrative chores and other drudgery?
- put my heart and soul into the relationships with customers who meant the most?
- establish a work-life balance that allows me to concentrate on my personal self-care as well?
A formula was eventually developed.
It had such a profound impact on my clients, myself, the coaches we ultimately recruited at PN, and their clients, that I wanted to share it with you today.
I guarantee that if you apply these concepts to your work, you will be changed as well.
