Keto Recipes | Low-carb Dips
Dip is one of my favorite foods. Because of its flexibility, it’s definitely one of my favorite keto meals. As long as you have fresh cheese, you can accomplish virtually anything. They pair well with a variety of foods, including veggies and crackers. Here are a few of our go-to dip recipes:
- Get the crackers ready for this simple French onion dip, which is a handmade meal. With a delicious cream cheese base and a strong onion taste, it’s salty and sour.
- Make this pizza dip the next time you want mozzarella in all of its splendor. Everything is sticky, luscious, and spicy… I’m talking about a lot of peppers.
- Spinach and Artichoke Dip – A warm, creamy staple, spinach dip works nicely with virtually any dip. Make some keto crackers and chopped vegetables the next time you host a party, since this dip will satisfy everyone.
- Keto Queso – To thicken and enhance the taste of regular queso, sugar and cornstarch are used. Our Keto Queso has a delicious flavor without the carbohydrates or sugar.
- Buffalo Chicken Dip – Another football party staple, the Buffalo Chicken Dip will be the hit of your next gathering. Buffalo Chicken Dip is a wonderful dish for any night of the week since it just takes 25 minutes to prepare.

Meat
It’s the fact that crackers don’t need any particular meat that makes them so tasty! Here are a few of our favorite meats to enjoy with crackers:
- Pepperoni – The ideal pizza consists of pepperoni, low-carb sauce, and shredded mozzarella.
- Any dry sausage would do, but we like salami since it is extremely salty.
- Proccutio is somewhat more costly than other meats, but it is definitely worth it. It has a smooth texture and thick ribbons that melt in your tongue.
- Make sure the summer sausage you select is minimal in carbohydrates and contains no added sweeteners. Visiting a local farm is the greatest method to obtain a high-quality summer sausage.
- We typically put charcuterie last on the gourmet appetizer table, but we know it’s first for certain folks! We can never say no to thinly sliced turkey, so grab a couple for your next dinner party.
Cheese
There are many cheese varieties, and we could go on and on. Instead, we’ve created some simple categories to help us choose our favorite cheeses.
- Aged cheeses are drier, firmer cheeses that have had time to break down the lactose, making them more digestible.
- Soft cheeses, such as Brie, are a kind of soft cheese. They feature a few extra carbohydrates due to the higher lactose content, but they are a very creamy cheese overall.
- Classic. Consider your cheddar, mozzarella, and munster cheeses.
When the cheese reaches room temperature, the flavor becomes more refined and stronger. Allow it to sit for a few hours before serving to see the change in flavor.
To create a keto potato dish, follow these steps.
It’s time to move on to the next step now that we’ve looked at the different ways to cook meat and cheese. An unassuming snack platter. Typically, this delectable dish includes a variety of meats and cheeses, but what goes into these Instagram-worthy delectable plates? The following are the fundamentals for making the best keto kebab plate:
- The meat is self-evident, but it will be the star of the keto kebab meal. The kind of meat you choose is entirely up to you, although jerky is usually preferred over sausage since it lasts longer.
- Cheese – once again, the decision is yours, although we like aged cheese. Preparing a shoarma table is an opportunity to experiment with different tastes, so don’t be afraid to branch out. Aged cheeses also help to reduce stomach discomfort by removing most of the lactose, making them simpler to digest (1).
- Crackers – now is the time to savor all of those delectable keto crackers! Enjoy either a store-bought or handmade variation.
- Nuts – Nuts are an important component of our diet. They have a salty flavor and a different crunch than crackers. Spiced nuts, such as spiced almonds, macadamia nuts, and cashews, are among our favorites.
- Olives – Olives aren’t a necessity, since we understand they aren’t everyone’s favorite meal, but we enjoy their fat content and prefer to include them in our recipes. Green, black, stuffed, and more varieties of olives abound!
- Jams and jellies – a well-preserved food that lends a little sweetness to meat and cheese – are constantly on the snack plate. We suggest using a sugar-free jam instead of canned figs since canned figs contain too much sugar.
- Foliage – this is green to give the table an appealing look, as the name implies. Although it does not necessarily enhance taste, it is delicious! For an even more refined appearance, garnish the dish with berries and herbs.
How do we build our ideal board?
- Meat: dry salami, pepperoni, and summer sausage from the area
- Ripe Manchego, Sharp Cheddar, and Brie Rad
- 1 ingredient: crackers Crackers made with flaxseed
- roasted almonds with rosemary in olive oil + macadamia nuts with salt and pepper
- Green Manzanilla olives + Kalamata olives or another black olive variety
- Sugar-free marmalade, such as B. blueberry or apricot jam
This is what we use in our cookers, but feel free to add your favorite ingredients to make it your own. You can also add herbs and fruits to your plate to make it look more sophisticated.
Cheddar Crackers: How to Make Them
Do you like Cheez-it crackers and want to learn how to create keto crackers that are just as tasty? This is the precise formula you need. They’re created with almond flour and have a lot of cheese taste in each dish. Finally, a low-carb cheesecake dough that is free of refined carbohydrates and gluten.
Equipment
You’ll need a food processor to make the cheesecake dough for this recipe. A baking sheet and baking paper are also required. We suggest using a big baking sheet to accommodate all of the keto crackers and ensure uniform cooking. Finally, a rolling pin and baking paper are required.
Ingredients
The primary flour basis for these low-carb crackers is almond flour. The almond flour holds the cheese together, resulting in crisp, crumbly cheesecakes that do not crumble. If you want to consume cheese crackers, make sure you have cheddar and parmesan on hand. We used a bit of salt and garlic powder, but you may use whatever spices you like. If desired, season with extra herbs or spices. We like rosemary or thyme, but you may try something else and use bagel seasoning instead.
Cheese cracker production
Now it’s time to put our cracker recipe to the test. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, using baking paper, line a large baking sheet.
In a food processor, combine the almond flour, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, and garlic powder. To make a paste, combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Because the cheddar cheese makes the cheese crackers a little crumbly, heat the dough in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to melt the cheese. You may put it back in the blender once it has frozen a little and mix it up again. The dough may still be a bit crumbly, but if you push it with your fingers, it should stay together.
Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a mixing bowl and stir in the herbs (spices). Herbs aren’t required, but they’re strongly encouraged. Whether you want a premium cracker or a baby Cheez-it depends entirely on your preferences. With a wooden spoon, thoroughly combine the spices.
Place the dough on a baking sheet and fold the paper over the dough (the baking paper should be on the top and bottom of the dough). Your cheesecake dough will cling to the rolling pin if you skip the second layer. Roll out the dough to a half-centimetre thickness. If the crackers are too thick, they will become hard, and if they are too thin, they will shatter.
After the dough has been smoothed out, cut the cheesecakes into equal squares using a pizza cutter.
Sprinkle salt flakes over all of the squares after they’ve been equally opened.
Bake the crackers for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown on the edges, according to your recipe. Allow the crackers to cool fully after removing them from the oven. They will not be crisp enough if they have not fully cooled. The cracker recipe may be kept at room temperature for up to a week in an airtight container.
