If you’ve been following my blog for a while, then you know that I’ve been on a Keto diet for the last  few months  and this is the first time I’ve ever written about Keto on here. I’ve always been someone who LOVES desserts, and I’ve found that the Keto diet has allowed me to eat all the desserts I’ve ever wanted, without any of the sugar cravings. I’m sharing this recipe today because it’s one of my favorite Keto desserts, and I’ve found that it’s a great way to satisfy those sweet tooth cravings without all the sugar.

Did you know that you can make keto brownies in the oven? No? Well, these keto blondies are super easy to make and will be your new go-to dessert! This recipe is the perfect way to kick off your keto diet, and I’m not even a little bit sorry that I made you wait this long.

While Keto seems to be more popular than ever, it can be hard to know exactly what to eat. It’s even harder to know how to eat enough protein. To make things even more confusing, a lot of the recipes use egg whites or protein powder to help you reach your macros. But there’s no need to go through all that trouble. A better option is to use grass fed butter, eggs, and protein powder. These ingredients are all very different and will affect your macros in different ways.

What Is A Blondie, Exactly?

Blondies are similar to brownies, however they don’t contain any cocoa powder. Others may describe it as a cookie in the form of a bar. Because this recipe does not call for brown sugar, we decided to flavor ours with vanilla and a smidgeon of almond extract. Feel free to experiment with different extract flavors and let us know what you think by tagging us on Instagram as you eat this insanely sweet dessert! Just a heads up: make sure you have friends to share this with because the calories may pile up quickly!
