  • 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) — Ghee is lactose-free butter. It’s not only simpler to digest, but it’s also more keto-friendly, since it contains even less sugar than normal grass-fed butter.
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides– Collagen provides protein to your coffee while also thickening and creaming it. If you don’t like the gritty feel of regular protein powder, this is a fantastic alternative.

How to Make These Four Coffees

To create the finest keto coffee, start by melting your butter (or oil, depending on your fat source of choice). We like the Vitamix and use it for our keto coffee on a daily basis, but any blender would suffice. After that, pour hot brewed coffee on top to melt the fat/butter in the coffee.   • Collagen Peptides: I’ve started including them into my diet recently, and I’m enjoying them so far. With promises of improved hair, skin, and nails, as well as 10 grams of amino acids per serving, it can’t hurt to try. 
  • Pink Salt: This one strikes a balance between taste and utility. For months, I’ve been including this into my Bulletproof coffee and I’m enjoying it!
