Beef empanada with tomato sauce and sweet peppers

Beef empanadas are a traditional cuisine in Mexico and can be found in most Mexican restaurants as well as little corner stores. Empanadas are one of those food that can be prepared in several ways. I’m not interested in eating the same thing every day. I want to improve my eating habits, my overall health, and my performance. Making a plan and cooking at home is much superior than purchasing meals from a restaurant. Perhaps I can push my coworkers to make something new, bring it to work, and eat it.
