You heat the contents of the jar on the stove, and then strain the liquid into a pot of boiling water to create a full liquid soup.

You can create low sodium condensed cream of chicken in two methods. One method is to make a roux, which is a thickening made by heating butter and flour together. This is how I prepare it since I believe it gives it a deeper, richer taste. If you’re monitoring your fat intake, though, you may substitute olive oil for the butter for a healthier fat level. Alternatively, omit the butter for the lowest fat content. The flour should then be added to the liquids and cooked as directed. However, I have always cooked it using butter since I like a richer, more filling soup.
Chicken Stock Made at Home
As a suggestion, when I cook basic chicken breasts in my Instant Pot, I add 2 or 3 cups of water in addition to the chicken and spices. It produces a delicious fresh chicken broth with minimal sodium. After the liquid has cooled, I’ll pour it into a liter container and keep it in the fridge. When preparing the dish, Herb Ox chicken bouillon sodium free may be used to boost the flavor of the chicken broth. Start with a teaspoon and add more to taste. Because it is not available in my local shops, I get it from Amazon, and it is well worth the money. There are no sodium versions of the beef and chicken tastes.

Storing Your Low-Sodium Chicken Cream
When I make this, I sometimes make a bigger batch if I know I’ll be cooking a few dishes that need it in the near future. The soup is then poured into a large muffin pan and frozen. Simply take them out of the freezer and place them in a Ziploc bag before returning them to the freezer.
Fill muffin pans with batter and freeze.
Then you may defrost and reheat it in a saucepan over low heat. It may separate somewhat, but just mix it back together and presto! After that, you may make a soup out of it or integrate it into another meal.
There are a couple more delicious meals to try!
