- 1 chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt, or more to taste
- 1 cup blumenkohl, peeled and cut into tiny pieces
