This hack is for people who want to lose weight and still have a taste of nuts & dairy products. For some people, it is not possible to have a low-carb lifestyle, because they simply cannot live without these foods.

Nuts and dairy products should be avoided (or simply eat less of them)
Some meals are low in carbs, but if you consume too much of them – particularly if you’re trying to lose weight – they may become troublesome. Dairy items (excluding butter) and nuts are the most frequent.

Carbohydrates are often found in dairy products, particularly nonfat dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cottage cheese. In excessive amounts, high-fat dairy products like cream and cheese may be a concern since the carbs rise, making it harder to adhere to a rigorous low-carb diet.
Furthermore, the milk proteins in them cause a pretty high insulin response (hormone that deposits fat). Butter is an exception, since it has almost little protein and no carbs.
