I usually prefer using chicken thigh flesh, but you may use any cut of chicken except chicken breasts, which will dry up fast and result in dry chicken pieces.

Simply place them in airtight containers and store them in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
When ready to reheat, carefully reheat them, covered, to prevent drying out, or reheat on 50% power in the microwave.
What Should You Serve With Keto Low Carb Butter Chicken?
I typically serve it with cauliflower rice, keto naan bread, and a green vegetable, like as broccoli or zucchini, as a side dish.
Instant Pot Butter Chicken Keto
- In an Instant Pot, combine all ingredients except the butter, heavy cream, and 1 teaspoon garam masala.
- Place the chicken pieces on top of the sauce after thoroughly mixing it.
- Close the lid and set the timer for 10 minutes on high, then wait 10 minutes for the pressure to naturally dissipate. All remaining pressure should be released.
- Remove the chicken from the pot, open the lid, and put it aside.
- Stir in the heavy cream, cut-up butter, and the remaining 1 tsp garam masala until everything is thoroughly combined. (Before adding the butter and cream, let the sauce cool somewhat.)
- Return the chicken to the pot and cook until it is well heated.
- Done! Serve over cauliflower rice and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Slow Cooker Keto Butter Chicken
- In a slow cooker, combine all of the ingredients except the butter, cream, and 1 teaspoon garam masala.
- Place the chicken on top of the sauce after thoroughly mixing it.
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 8 hours with the lid on.
- Remove the chicken from the pot, open the lid, and put it aside.
- Allow the sauce to cool slightly before adding the butter and cream. Stir in the chopped up butter and heavy cream well.
- Return the chicken to the slow cooker and heat until hot. Mix in the remaining garam masala well.
- Serve with cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles as a side dish.

Ingredients
- 12 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 14 teaspoon fenugreek (also known as kasoori methi)
- Tomatoes, canned or pureed, 1 (14 ounce)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 1 medium-sized yellow onion
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Turmeric, 1 teaspoon
- 1 tsp. paprika (smoked)
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tsp Garam Masala (garam masala)
- 4 oz. divided into pieces butter
- heavy cream, 4 oz.
- Coriander leaves, finely cut, to serve as a garnish
Instructions
- To make a puree, combine the ginger, garlic, onion, and tomato.
- Kasuri methi, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, turmeric, and garam masala are used to marinate the chicken. Allow at least 15 minutes and up to 2 hours for preparation.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan or skillet over medium-high heat, then add the chicken and cook them.
- Cook on the opposite side of the chicken pieces. Add the cut-up butter at this point and stir thoroughly.
- Combine the purée with the chicken and mix thoroughly. Cover and simmer for approximately 10 minutes, or until the rawness of the spices and tomato has gone away.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the heavy cream. Serve with fresh coriander leaves on the side.
- Over cauliflower rice, serve.
