These Keto Bacon Chicken Zucchini Noodles are a crowd-pleaser since they’re healthy, easy, and fast. These zucchini noodles, which combine pesto, bacon, and chicken, are a tasty and nutritious alternative to carb-heavy spaghetti. The greatest thing is that it only only 6 ingredients and is very easy to prepare!

We’ve been trying to include more healthy supper choices and reduce our intake of carbs recently. This spaghetti replacement is a hit with my kids as well! Zucchini noodles, often known as zoodles, are a simple dish to prepare. There are many instruments available on the market. I was given a spiralizer a few years ago and have been using it ever since!

What is the purpose of a spiralizer?

The spiralizer is a low-cost gadget that transforms fresh vegetables into fake noodles (zoodles, if you will). I have a KitchenAide and the KitchenAide attachment was given to me as a gift. It’s fantastic and very user-friendly. Spiralizing isn’t only for carb-averse people; everyone from home cooks to restaurant chefs is doing it.


What exactly is a Zoodle?

Zucchini noodles are sometimes known as zoodles. These zoodles are a fantastically fresh and nutritious spaghetti substitute. They’re a fun way to incorporate more veggies into our diets, particularly for our kids.

What is the shelf life of spiralized zucchini noodles?

We use a paper towel to line a big plastic or glass storage container after spiralizing the zucchini. Place your noodles in the container, cover with a lid or cellophane, and refrigerate. They’ll last for two to three days in the fridge.


Keto Bacon Chicken Zucchini Noodles Ingredients

  • 5 spiral-cut zucchinis
  • Pesto with basil
  • Bacon
  • Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • Packet of Italian Dressing
  • Parmigiano-Reggiano

Keto Bacon Chicken Zucchini Noodles Recipe:

To begin, fry the bacon according to the package instructions and put it aside. Placing bacon on a baking sheet and baking it in a COLD oven is a wonderful and simple method to prepare it. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. The bacon will take 18-22 minutes to cook, depending on how crispy you want it. This is a technique I use all the time so I don’t have to worry about it on the burner.

Wash the zucchini after that. The zucchini should next be sliced in half width-wise. I chopped mine in half since it’s the only way they’d fit in our spiralizer. (Adjust this step to suit your spiralizer.)

Set aside after you’ve spiralized all of your zucchini.

Using a tablespoon of oil, heat a pan over medium heat. Place your chicken on the pan to be cooked after it has heated up. Before turning the chicken breast, season it with Italian seasoning. After flipping, season with the remaining spice and cook until done. Place the chicken on a chopping board.


Toss all of the zucchini into the sauce pan after the chicken has been removed from the skillet. There’s no need to clean it since the chicken tastes are perfect for the zoodles. Continue to cook the zucchini noodles over medium heat, tossing and turning occasionally. They get softer as they simmer longer. Cook until the zoodles are al dente, but still somewhat crunchy, about 5-7 minutes.


When the zoodles are done, add the pesto and mix to combine. Pour in the diced bacon and stir to combine.

Take the pan off the heat and put it on a serving dish. Chicken with grated parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately.


This keto bacon chicken zucchini noodles meal is a great way to switch up your pasta routine. I typically have all of the ingredients on hand, so this is a go-to recipe for me. My children and hubby both like it. If there are any leftovers, it’s delicious warmed!   • 5 spiral-cut zucchinis
  • 1/2 cup pesto (basil)
  • Bacon (1/2 pound)
  • 3 tiny chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 Packet Italian Dressing
  • Parmigiano-Reggiano (Garnish)


    1. Cook bacon according to package directions or the method outlined in the last article. Remove from the equation.
    2. The zucchini should then be sliced in half lengthwise and spiral cut into a basin or plate and put away.
    3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
    4. Place the chicken on the pan after it has heated up.
    5. Before flipping the chicken breast, season it with Italian seasoning. After turning, season with the remaining spice and continue to cook until done.
    6. Place the chicken on a chopping board and cut it into bite-size pieces.
    7. In the same sauce pan where you cooked the chicken, toss in the zucchini.
    8. Zucchini should be cooked for 5-7 minutes.
    9. Mix in the pesto with the zucchini.
    10. Stir in the crumbled bacon.
    11. Remove the pan from the heat and add the chicken.
    12. Serve right away with grated parmesan cheese on top.
