After you’ve finished cooking the marinated pasta, fill the remainder of the bowl with any filling you like. Pork with broccoli or greens and minced beef is a delicious combination. This dish for Asian noodle soup is a must-try!

Keto Asian Noodles

Instructions:
- Drain the pasta and rinse it in hot water to make the marinade paste. Place them between two sheets of kitchen paper and air dry them as much as possible. In a mixing bowl, combine the semi-dried noodles, soy sauce, Sriracha, and rice wine vinegar. Refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours after stirring.
- To make a boiled egg, gently bring a small pan of water to a boil (enough water to fully immerse the egg). Once the water has reached a boil, gently drop the egg into the water and cook for 6 minutes. To halt the cooking process, remove them from the oven and put them in a basin of cold water or an ice bath.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and heat an ovenproof skillet over medium heat. While the pan is heated, pat the chicken thighs with a paper towel beneath the skin and on top. Add a pinch of pink salt.
- Place the chicken legs skin side down in the pan once it is heated. With a spatula, press the thigh so that the whole surface of the flesh is in contact with the hot pan. Bake for approximately 5 minutes, or until the skin is crispy. Turn the chicken over once it has become crispy and bake for another 12 minutes. Remove from the pan and let aside for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Cook the pasta and mushrooms in a separate pan.
- Drain the excess marinade from the pasta and place it in the same pan where the chicken legs were cooked. Turn the burner to high and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the pasta has absorbed all of the marinade.
- In a large serving dish, place the cooked pasta.
- Cook the mushrooms in the pan for 2 to 3 minutes, or until they are cooked to your liking. Toss with the pasta in a mixing basin.
- Cut the cooked leg into 4-5 pieces and toss them in the spaghetti dish. Remove the egg from the cold bath and peel it gently. Place them in the bowl’s middle.
- Finish with shallots and sesame oil. If desired, top with sesame seeds. Have a blast!
