Monkey Bread with Chocolate Chips and Bananas

Here’s what you’ll need!

10-12 servings of Chocolate Chip Banana Monkey Bread

INGREDIENTS

three bananas (1 cut into coins, 2 cut into half-coins) 1 cup chocolate chips, dark 3 biscuit dough cans 1 pound of sugar 3 tsp cinnamon powder

2 sticks butter, glazed a half cup of brown sugar

PREPARATION

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit/180 degrees Celsius. 2. Cut 2 bananas in half and then into coins, and put aside. 3. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a dish and put aside. 4. Split each biscuit round in half and flatten each half into a circle. 5. Stuff one piece of split banana coin and chocolate chips into each round. 6. Pinch the seams of the round together and roll into a ball in your palms. 7. Gently toss the balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat them. 8. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together until smooth, stirring periodically. Allow to cool before serving. 9. Grease a bundt pan and layer whole banana coins in the bottom. 10. Arrange half of the balls in the pan and drizzle with half of the glaze. 11. Garnish with a handful of chocolate chips. Steps 10 and 11 should be repeated a total of 12 times. 13. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the top of the crust is a dark brown color. (Aluminum foil may be used to cover the top if it is browning too much.) 14. Take it out of the oven and cool for 15-30 minutes before flipping it over onto a platter. 15. Have fun!
