Pineapple and Carrot Juice
What I like most about this carrot and pineapple juice recipe is how easy it is to make and how delicious the juice is.
The addition of ginger and lime juice elevates the flavor profile.
This delicious juice is a wonderful way to cool down in the summer, and it also contains many important nutrients that the body need.
Health Advantages
Pineapple, carrot, ginger, and lime are all high in antioxidants.
Pineapple is high in vitamin C, which aids in the immune system’s activation and the prevention of colds and flu.
Carrots are high in fiber, protein, and vitamin A, which promotes healthy eyesight.
Ginger’s anti-inflammatory qualities aid in the body’s battle against free radicals.
Lime is also high in vitamin C, a substance that may aid with immune system support.
What You Will Require
All you need is pineapple, carrot, ginger, lime, and sugar to create this juice.
All of the ingredients were fresh. Frozen carrots are not recommended, however frozen or canned pineapple is OK.
Carrot Pineapple Juice Recipe
I just blended all of the ingredients in a blender. You may, however, use a juicer instead.
If you use a juicer to make the same quantity of juice, you’ll need more carrot and pineapple since you won’t be adding water.
Step 1: Peel the pineapple, carrots, and ginger and cut them finely.
Step 2: Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl with enough water to cover them. Blend until completely smooth.
Step 3: Strain into a jar, add lime juice, and season to taste with sugar. Allow to cool before serving.
Refrigerate for a few days and then eat. Carrot Pineapple Juice is at its finest during the first few days after preparation.
I suggest drinking the juice within four days after making it.
