On a recent trip out to Cambodia, we had a chance to enjoy a juicy, fatty, delicious meal. First, we had a traditional Cambodian meal called tom yam kung, which is a spicy, sour soup with fresh shrimp, pork, fish, vegetables, and herbs. I ordered the tom yam kung with the option of adding a side of sticky rice. (I almost always opt for sticky rice to eat with my meals). The tom yam kung was a bit spicy, but was delicious. The sticky rice was a nice side dish to eat with the soup.
