What are the subjects that are eligible?
Consumers who had interaction between January 1, 2013 and today in New York, California, and/or Missouri. When buying peanut butter cups, chocolate peanuts, chocolate coated sweets, milk chocolate caramel squares, and/or caramel mousse bars in another state between January 2014 and now.
You have until April 27, 2020 to apply if you believe you qualify. If you can produce a valid receipt or proof of purchase, group members may get a 25% discount on the product’s purchase price. If you do not have a receipt or evidence of purchase, you will be reimbursed 10% of the item’s cost, up to $100.
