Ever wish you could have that Starbucks Pumpkin Cold Brew taste without all the carbs? Well, with this recipe you can, just by making it at home without all the milk, cream, and sugar. This cold brew coffee recipe is a keto-friendly pumpkin cream, and it’s a great accompaniment to any fall holiday desserts.

We love Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew a lot. That’s why we’ve been experimenting with our own ketogenic version for the past few months. Our keto pumpkin cream cold brew is a rich mixture of cream, coconut sugar, pumpkin puree, and turmeric that goes perfectly with iced coffee, hot coffee, or even iced tea. We like it best mixed with some cream so we’ve gone as far as creating our own keto pumpkin cream recipe.

At Starbucks, Pumpkin Spice isn’t just for fall! We use real pumpkin and more spices than you can count to make our Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. It’s the perfect low carb drink that’s a perfect fall drink for coffee lovers, too.

This is what Jenna, my assistant, had to say about the recipe:

I can’t seem to get enough of all things pumpkin. Then you know how much I enjoyed this Starbucks treat! It’s very simple to prepare, and my mixer made it frothy. I felt as though I were sipping autumn from a cup. It had the sweetness I desired without the additional carbohydrates because of the monk fruit.
