  • 1 drained 15-ounce can of whole kernel corn
  • 1 creamed corn (15 oz) (not drained)
  • 1 gallon sour cream
  • melted butter (1/2 cup)

  • a third cup of flour
  • Note 2: 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 3 tbsp sugar (white)
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • a quarter teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tbsp oil (vegetable)

  1. In a mixing dish, whisk together the ingredients until they are largely lump-free. Replace the Jiffy corn muffin mix in the recipe.
