My Teriyaki Beef and Broccoli takes around ten minutes to prepare, making it a perfect addition to my weekly lineup of fast dishes! I omitted the grain since there are so many vegetables in this meal, and it’s wonderfully satisfying without it.
What are the ingredients in teriyaki sauce?
Soy sauce, sake, sugar, and ginger are the four major components of teriyaki sauce. It’s basically your standard Asian spice and/or marinade. This sauce may be marinated for at least half an hour before cooking with meat, veggies, fish, or tofu. Although it isn’t often used as a table sauce, it is completely safe!
