The first step towards viewing your comments on Instagram is to make an Instagram account. To do this, go to the Instagram website and click the “Create an account” button. Then fill in your name, email address, password, birthdate (optional) and location. You will then be asked to input a verification code that they send you via email.
Go to your email account and look for the message from Instagram containing the verification code. Click on the link in that email, then enter in your password when prompted. You can then log into your Instagram account by clicking on “Log In” at the top of their page. If you are unable to locate this email, you can create a new account with the same process.
How to find your profile’s url
Once you have created an Instagram account, go to the URL (uniform resource locator) for your Instagram profile. If you’re logged in to Instagram on your phone or computer, this is where you will be taken by default when clicking on the Instagram logo. This URL is always “instagram.com/USERNAME” (e.g., instagram.com/myprofile).
How to find your profile’s ID
Now that you have your profile’s URL, take away everything after .COM and select everything before USERNAME – this is your Instagram account’s unique ID number. For example, if my Instagram profile’s URL is instagram.com/myprofile and I have a photo that has been id’d as D1UV0PV, the unique ID is D1UV0PV. Note: this CANNOT be found by going to your profile on instagram.com or even looking at your photos.
How to see all the comments you made on instagram
You can always view your own comments that you have made on Instagram by going to your profile page. Scroll down until you see a little gray icon with an arrow pointing up and to the right, click on it and select “All” from the menu. This will show all of the comments you have ever made on instagram, but not the comments that others have made on your posts.
To view all the comments you’ve ever received from other people, make sure you are viewing your profile, then click on the little gray icon with an arrow pointing up and to the right. Select “All” again, this will show all of the comments, both positive and negative (although I don’t know why you’d try to find negative ones) from other people on Instagram. To view a particular comment, simply click on it and a box will pop up showing the comment and who wrote it.
To delete a comment, hover the cursor over the comment that you want to get rid of. You will then see some options pop up including “Report spam or abuse” and “Remove.” Click on the one with three dots next to it and click “delete.”
Ways to see all of your photos and their comments
To view all of your photos on Instagram, go to instagram.com/YOURUSERNAME and select “Photos” from the menu at the top of the page. This will show all of your uploaded pictures as well as any pictures that you have been tagged in on other people’s profiles. There is no way to see all of the comments you’ve made on photos without looking through each one individually, however there are ways to sort through your pictures and see which ones have received the most interaction.
You can do this by clicking on “Popular” in the menu at the top of Instagram’s homepage, then click on “Likes.” If you’re really curious and don’t mind spending a little time, you can save your unique ID number before creating an account (which anyone can do) and enter your ID number into this website: http://findmyfacebookid.com/ This will tell you all the photos you have been tagged in on Facebook as well as where you’ve been tagged (city, state, country).
