1.5 ounces (425 g) thinly sliced chicken breast

1 tablespoon pork seasoning (BBQ or roasted)    
12 teaspoon powdered 5 spices    
12 tsp cayenne pepper    
1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil (This will help the meat from getting too dry)    

Vietnamese BBQ Chicken Recipe Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients and marinate the meat for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Grill your meat for 4 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  3. Cook for another 4 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve over rice, noodle, and Vietnamese vegetable salad, topped with sweet fish sauce and garnished with mint, basil, and cilantro.
