Traditional Yellow Queso Preparation

This Yellow Queso requires a little patience because, unlike when using Velveeta cheese, which quickly smooths the sauce, using real cheese in this appetizer makes it a little more difficult to make it smooth. Don’t forget to serve this meal with a beer or, if you don’t drink alcohol, iced tea while watching a football game with your buddies.
