Turkish people do not eat a lot of vegetables and meat. The main diet of the people in Turkey is meat, rice, vegetables, and bread.

Turkish food is probably one of the most diverse types of cuisine in the world. It is a product of the Ottoman Empire, which lasted for roughly 500 years.
