How do you create Starbucks Carrot Cake?
  1. Fill a dish halfway with boiling water and swell 1 handful of yellow grapes.
  2. In a large mixing basin, whisk together the egg, granulated sugar, and 2 cups brown sugar until the mixture has almost doubled in size and the color has lightened. Continue whisking in the milk and sunflower oil.
  3. Combine the grated carrots, roughly chopped walnuts, and grated grapes in a mixing bowl. Combine the vanillin, baking powder, and 1 teaspoon baking soda in a mixing bowl.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°F, top rack, no fan, and oil and flour a 24 cm clamp cake form before pouring the batter into it.
  5. Set the wire on the bottom shelf of the oven and place the cake on it. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes in this manner. Check after 20 minutes by inserting a toothpick into the center. The cake is done when the toothpick comes out dry.
For the aforementioned;
  1. Mix 2 soup spoons of sugar with half a glass of milk. Pour this mixture over top of the hot cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
  2. Remove the cake milk from the mold and set it aside until it has reached room temperature.
