Your waitress is named “Mom,” and you’re taken to a period before mobile phones, when you had to obey dinner table rules like eating your veggies or you wouldn’t receive dessert.

Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 2 pound of ground beef
- 1 pound pork ground
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 12 cup onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup green peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup red peppers, chopped
- 2 TBS WORCESTERSHIRE SEASONING
- to taste cracked black pepper
- to taste kosher salt
Glaze for Meatloaf
- 12 c. ketchup
- 1 tbsp sugar (brown)
- 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon)
- 12 TBS WORCESTERSHIRE SEASONING
Instructions
Meatloaf
- Set aside diced peppers and onions for later use.
- Combine the meats and spices in a mixing bowl.
- Toss in some veggies.
- Place the meat mixture in a loaf pan that has been greased.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 1 hour (internal temperature 155°F).
Glaze
- To make the glaze, whisk together all of the ingredients until smooth.
Finish
- Meatloaf glaze should be applied to the meatloaf.
- Bake for a further 10 minutes.
- Allow 10 minutes for the meatloaf to rest before cutting and serving.
