Dark Chocolate Keto Pie

Instructions:
Crust
- Make a 12-inch circle out of the pie dough. Fill a 10-inch tart pan halfway with dough and push it into the corners and up the edges. Trim the pastry’s top border to make it level with the tart pan. Allow 30 minutes for chilling.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. On a baking sheet, place the tart pan.
- Place a sheet of paper over the tart and carefully press it into the pan’s edges. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown, using pie weights, rice, or dry beans.
- Remove the paper and continue baking for another 4-5 minutes. Allow to cool completely while preparing the filling.
Filling
- In the bottom of the crust, evenly distribute the chopped pecans.
- In a saucepan placed over medium-low heat, melt the heavy cream and butter until it starts to boil. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the chocolate until it is completely melted and smooth.
- Whisk in the erythritol, stevia, vanilla, and salt until thoroughly combined. In a separate dish, whisk together the eggs and gradually add them to the chocolate mixture, stirring constantly until fully combined.
- Fill the chilled tart shell with the filling. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes, or until the filling is somewhat puffy and firm.
- Allow tart to cool fully before serving, and if preferred, dust with cocoa powder or powdered erythritol.
