- 1/4 cup green and red peppers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- Lime juice (1 lime)

Step 1
Combine the steak, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl and let aside for at least 15 minutes to marinate. If you have the time, leave it for a number of hours or even overnight, but 15 minutes will enough if necessary.
Step 2
While the steak is marinating, add corn, chopped onion, cilantro, garlic, peppers, and lime juice in a large mixing bowl and stir well. If desired, adding sliced jalapeño pepper will provide some heat.
Step 3
Preheat your George Foreman Grill with the lid covered for at least 5 minutes. If your grill has a high setting, use it.
Step 4
For medium-rare doneness, grill the steak for 3-4 minutes, depending on thickness. Medium takes 4-5 minutes, and well done takes 5-6 minutes.

Remove the steak from the grill and set it aside for 5 minutes to rest. Serve with a large amount of fresh corn salsa on top of the steak. Place the salsa and cooked steak in a container and serve over a fresh salad chilled.
